Past the stained-glass windows and at the top of the grand staircase is our most spacious room, the Bexley. Beautiful bay windows bathe the hand-detailed hardwood floors with natural light. A peaceful slumber is ensured on the queen-sized burled oak sleigh bed tucked with luxurious bedding. The oversized attached bathroom with tile floor, claw-foot soaking tub/shower, and impressive marble sink add to the Bexley’s elegance. A flat screen TV with cable sits atop an antique burled oak dresser, and a free standing remote controlled air conditioner keeps the room cool and comfortable in warmer months. A twin bed may be added to this room for an additional charge of $100.

The Lewis offers a queen-sized iron bed with sumptuous linens. An antique oak dresser and dry sink showcase the room’s appreciation of bygone days, while a small falt screen TV with cable is a reminder of the updated conveniences available at the Inn. A window air conditioner keeps the room cool and comfortable in warmer months. This lovely room boasts vintage architectural details, including delicate picture frame molding and a beautiful oak floor. Also featured is a soothing Victorian style ensuite bath with a soaking claw foot tub/shower.

The Lincoln is perfect for a quiet read or intimate conversation from its private balcony overlooking Market Street, or its quaint sitting area carved from the Inn’s grand turret. The tastefully appointed period furnishings, featuring a hand-carved queen bed and marble-top dresser are joined with a pair of comfy purple velvet reading chairs that enhance the room’s unique style, blending the past with the present. A flat screen TV with cable sits below an antique oak framed mirror, and a portable remote-controlled air conditioning unit cools the room in warmer months. The nicely appointed PRIVATE bathroom with a heated floor, Italian tile, and rain shower, is NOT ensuite, but just steps down the hall. We do provide robes for your convenience.

The Lydian, the smallest of our queen-size rooms offers an iron bed which is perfect for the single traveler. The Lydian is comfortable and quiet. Its well-equipped attached private bathroom features an Italian-tiled floor and rain shower. A small flat screen TV with cable sits atop an antique oak dresser. A window air conditioner keeps the room cool and comfortable in warmer months.

At the front of the house overlooking Market Street is the quaint Gilmour Room. With its warm mahogany mantle and marble-tiled fireplace, the Gilmour’s details recall the Inn’s opulent past. This room features a lovely oak and cherry queen sleigh bed. A flat screen TV with cable sits atop the matching dresser. A window air conditioning unit cools the room in warmer months. The past and present meet in your PRIVATE bathroom which is NOT ensuite but located at the end of the hall, with its Victorian era pull-chain water closet and modern-day heated tile floor and rain-shower. We do provide robes for your convenience.

The mid-century and updated Foss Suite is a private first floor sanctuary with 2 rooms, coffee/tea snack nook and private bath/shower room. The large 260 square foot master bedroom awash with natural light features a kingsized iron bed, and comfortable chairs to relax and read your favorite book or watch the 32" flat screen TV. The suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is an additional charge of $100.00 for guests 3 and/or 4. These instructions may be added (when applicable) to confirm guest over 2.
