Market Street Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. An Advanced Payment of the first-night stay plus tax is taken upon reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

There is an automatic fee of $25 for ANY cancellation

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made, to be decided by the owner.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on multiple nights, multiple room bookings (2 or more), whole house bookings, and for some holidays and special event dates. Charges will be determined by the owner and processed to your credit card.

Making a reservation with us and supplying your credit card information is an acceptance of our policies and is giving us permission to process any/all charges related to your stay with us. You are liable for any/all charges related to your reservation which break any of our policies.

You MUST advise us of your expected arrival time so that we are not away from the Inn upon your arrival.

NO early check-in (Unless discussed and approved)

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM with prior estimated time given at the time of booking, if this time were to change, we ask that you contact us. If arriving outside of these check-in times, please call to make arrangements. We MUST have an expected check-in time, please respect this policy.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage which is directly caused by the guest(s).

A fee of ($100) for any additional guest (based on double occupancy)in the Suite or the Bexley. (a single bed may be able to be added to the room). Must inquire.

Guest parking is BEHIND the Inn off Bixler Court. Guests are greeted at the REAR door. The front door is NOT for check-in.

At the time of booking, the first night's rate will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.
