Position:  Housekeeper
Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Ensure the cleanliness of guestrooms and common areas.

Responsibilities:
Housekeeping duties: clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to checklists and standards; Laundry, Ironing (sheets); Completion of daily, weekly, monthly checklists.

Provide detailed communication regarding guest needs, supply levels (guest amenities, cleaning supplies, food and beverage), maintenance, and staffing issues.

Requirements:
Detail aware and oriented.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexible schedule.
Available to work weekdays and weekends, primarily morning hours.
Excel at delivering high-quality customer service/relations.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and walk up and down stairs.


Position:  General Manager
Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Collaborate with ownership to maintain and ensure a high-level guest experience while driving occupancy and controlling expenses.  Operate all aspects/functions of the inn during the Owner’s absence.

Responsibilities:
Create a magical guest experience beginning with guest arrival: knowledge of the Inn’s history and ownership; fully explain inn, room features, and amenities; knowledge of local resources, restaurants, shopping, and things-to-do; recognize, understand, and immediately respond to guest cues and requests.

Create a magical breakfast experience:  High quality food and beverage preparation according to menu plan; exceptional, attentive service; facilitate and encourage guest conversation and interaction.

Ensure cleanliness of the inn (including common areas and guest rooms) to be “guest-ready.”  Manage completion of daily, weekly, monthly checklists.

Appropriately schedule staff for check-in, service of breakfast, and room cleaning based on occupancy levels.

Work with ownership to develop and execute marketing plan including: social media; specials and promotions; third party booking sites; Inn’s website; manage responses on travel review sites; create and execute email blasts.

Complete understanding and working knowledge of Resnexus functions and features including: managing content; specials, packages, and amenities; marketing opportunities; reservation management and confirmations; yield management, including tracking competitor’s rates; channel manager.

Position:  Assistant Innkeeper
Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Assist ownership to maintain and ensure a high-level guest experience.

Responsibilities:
